Amazing Kft. processes the personal data of hotel guests and partners exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Management of accommodation bookings and provision of hospitality services.

  • Billing, payment processing, and fulfillment of legal/tax obligations.
  • Complaint handling and guest relations.

Please Note: The company does not engage in sending newsletters, promotional activities, or any form of direct marketing data processing.

  • Contact details (telephone number, email address).
  • Payment and billing information.
  • Details of stay (arrival and departure dates, room number).

The Data Controller utilizes the following external data processors:

  • IT Service Provider (external contractor).
  • Online Booking Partners: Booking.com (Booking.com B.V.), Expedia.com (Expedia Inc.), Szallas Group Zrt. – Szallas.hu.
  • Public Authorities (e.g., police, local municipality, National Tax and Customs Administration – NAV) strictly in the case of statutory legal obligations.

Personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.

7. Operation of a CCTV System

A surveillance camera (CCTV) system operates at Hotel Mayer properties to ensure the personal safety of guests and the protection of property assets.

  • Camera Locations: Entrances, common areas, and corridors.
  • Footage Handling: Recordings are made strictly for security purposes and are retained for 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
  • Access: Only authorized personnel are permitted to view the recorded footage.
